Bird too high for comfort

A parrot was found on the ceiling of a druggies house. Police arrived to the household because of claims of loud noises from neighbours. What noises you say, well the parrot was claimed to be yelling “weeeeeee!” and “I’m so high”. Police say this could be due to the actions of the owner as parrots tend to copy human language. The RSPCA will give the bird to a new owner.
