Q1. How do you think Australia did in the first test cricket match against New Zealand?

Jack:

"I think Australia did very well. Our good batsmen didn’t get out at the start meaning we could get a good score quickly. We then bowled consistently to get them out for a good score. As we came out again our openers managed to both get 100s. I felt sorry for Mitch Marsh who had to slog and got out for a low score. We then got out quickly on the last day. We did well but remember New Zealand art very good at cricket."

Q2. Which bowler for Australia most impressed you?

Jack:

“Mitchell stark. because he got many wickets and is developing to become a good bowler."

Q3. For the second test what is your theory on the result?

Jack:

“I do think Australia will win the second test as our bowlers and batsmen are very good.”

Q4. Which Australian batsmen most impressed you?

Jack:

“Usman Khawaja or Joe burns as they both got maiden scores and centuries."

Q5.

Did the pitch in your opinion encourage our victory or did it stop us from getting even more runs?

Jack:

“The pitch was rained on encouraging us to use this to our advantage by sliding the ball into the wickets. It did help us and didn’t bother Australia's batsmen and bowlers.”
